Akinyemi Lapinni

Akinyemi is a GIZ small business and entrepreneurship trainer, a 2015 Fellow of TEEP (The Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme) also a pan-African programme, a 2019 fellow of Venture Africa, an initiative of Common Purpose, South Africa . He is also a mentor in the Cherie Blair Women Entrepreneurship Programme and the YouWiN! Mentoring Programe here in Nigeria.

Akinyemi ia also the Founder of World Changers Development Initiative, a Non-Profit working to empower Africa's young people.
His most rewarding accomplishment so far is mentoring and supporting thousands of start-ups in business and NGOs. Till date, he has reached over 8,000 young start-up through his organization and other platforms. He Initiated Youth Entrepreneurship, Marketability& Employability Programme and the Social Development Academy to build the capacity of organizations and individuals on relevant NGO skills to respond adequately to developmental issue globally.
His organization has enjoyed fruitful collaboration with organizations like The American corner, IIbadan, EU-INSIDE, EU –SRIP, NYSC , other USAID funded projects and World Bank assisted programmes to work on several projects on capacity building, sensitization and awareness creation
